JSB ‘Ukrgasbank’ has performed as a Payment Agent for the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the issuer of municipal bonds.
JSB ‘Ukrgasbank’ and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, represented by the Minister of Finance, has executed the Payment Agency agreement to support securities turnaround and redemption stipulating that the Bank will be an authorized Payment Agent for three issues of interest-bearing bonds with total par value UAH400 million:
А series uncertificated bonds with par value UAH 1 000 (one thousand) per bond, total par value UAH 133 million, in total 133 000 items, interest rate 14,5% р.a.
B series uncertificated bonds with par value UAH 1 000 (one thousand) per bond, total par value UAH 133 million, in total 133 000 items, interest rate 15% р.a.
C series uncertificated bonds with par value UAH 1 000 (one thousand) per bond, total par value UAH 134 million, in total 133 000 items, interest rate 16% р.a.
