Ukrgasbank has paid yield interest of series A registered bonds of the Verhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea
On September 21, 2012 JSB ‘Ukrgasbank’ has paid yield interest of series A registered unsecured bonds of the Verhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea for the 5th interest period in the amount of UAH 4 807 950.00, i.e. UAH 36.15 par value.
In June 2011 JSB ‘Ukrgasbank’ and the Verhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea have concluded an agreement on providing services of Paying Agent aimed at servicing the payment of registered interest-bearing bonds issued by the Verhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea for the total amount of UAH 133 m in the amount of 133 000 bonds, interest rate of 14.5% The issue date is on June 24, 2011 and maturity date is on June 19, 2014.
The payment is made at 01004, Kyiv, 39 Chervonoarmiyska Str.
