Ukrgasbank Paid Interest Income on L-, M- and N-Series Bonds of Zaporizhia City Council

On 12 September 2013, Ukrgasbank paid interest income on registered interest-bearing local bonds of L, M and N series of Zaporizhia City Council for the third interest period in the amount of UAH 2 169 000.00 which accounts for UAH 43.38 per bond. The issue and primary placement of the local bonds of Zaporizhia City Council were lead-managed by Ukrgasbank.

The total volume of L-, M- and N-series bonds is UAH 50 million;

L-series – 10 000 of interest-bearing registered common (unsecured) bonds with face value of UAH 1 000.00 each and a 2-year maturity period (till 10.09.2014 inclusive);

M-series – 20 000 of interest-bearing registered common (unsecured) bonds with face value of UAH 1 000.00 each and a 3-year maturity period (till 09.09.2015 inclusive);

N-series – 20 000 of interest-bearing registered common (unsecured) bonds with face value of UAH 1 000.00 each and a 4-year maturity period (till 07.09.2016 inclusive);

The bonds interest rate is fixed at 17.4% per annum.

Ukrgasbank, acting in its capacity as the Paying Agent, paid the interest income at the following address: 39 Chervonoarmiiska St., Kyiv 01004.
