JSB ‘Ukrgasbank’ has paid yield interest of series A and B registered municipal bonds of Luhansk City Council
On August 1, 2011 Ukrgasbank, a Paying Agent, has paid yield interest of series A and B registered municipal of Luhansk City Council for the 15th interest period in the amount of UAH 759 749, incl. series A and series B for the amounts of UAH 259 300 and UAH 500 449 accordingly, i.e. UAH 25.93 par value at: 39 Chervonoarmyiska, Kyiv, 01004.
JSB ‘Ukrgasbank’ has arranged the issue and primary offering of municipal bonds of Luhansk City Council. The bonds emission totals UAH 29,3 mln, incl. series A for the amount of UAH 10 mln and series B – UAH 19,3 mln.
The funds are raised to implement projects which are borne by the public purse of the city of Luhansk, namely: capital investment and reconstruction of roads in the city of Luhansk.
The fixed interest rate accounts for 10,4% p.a.
Bonds maturity date - October 29, 2012.
