JSB ‘Ukrgasbank’ has paid yield interest of series C bonds
On August 1, 2011 Ukrgasbank has paid yield interest of series C bonds for the 16th interest period in the amount of UAH 1 091 190.95, i.e. UAH 39.89 par value at: 01 Yerevanska Str., Kyiv, 03087.
JSB ‘Ukrgasbank’ has arranged the issue and primary offering of series C bonds for the total amount of UAH 300 mln. The funds are raised aiming to finance local enterprises.
Series C bonds are secured by insurance.
The issuer has an insurance agreement with CJSC “Insurance Company “Ukrainian Insurance Group” No. 75-0101-0014 dated July, 20, 2007. The bond yield and interests are insured for the total amount of UAH 479,520 mln., i.e. the minimum insurance cover is UAH 598.40 par value.
Interest rate of Series C bonds for the 1-8 interest periods accounts for 12% p.a. The Issuer has fixed an interest rate of 16% p.a. the for 9-20 interest periods of Series C bonds.
Bonds maturity date - July 30, 2012.
