Ukrgasbank has paid yield interest of registered bonds Series С
On January 30, 2012 Ukrgasbank JSB has paid yield interest of the registered bonds Series C for the 18th interest period in the amount of UAH 459,213.68, i.e. UAH 39.89 par value.
The payment of yield interest was made by Ukrgasbank JSB at: 1 Yerevanska, Kyiv, 03087.
Ukrgasbank JSB itself has arranged the issue and the primary offering of the registered bonds Series C, a total volume of issue amounts to UAH300m.
The fund raising aimed at the lending of local enterprises in the full volume of issue.
The interest rate for the 1st-8th interest period amounts to 12%p.a. The interest rate for the for the 9th-20th interest period amounts to 16% p.a.
The bonds mature on July 30, 2012.
