This loan is intended for the purchase of new cars (with no more than 8 seats and to be used for personal and family purposes) from car dealerships with which the bank is in cooperation agreements.
Requirements for the Borrower
Individuals–citizens and residents of Ukraine, aged from 21 to 65 (as of the moment of loan disbursement or repayment), who have a stable income sufficient to cover the loan amount and loan interest, permanently reside (are registered), have a primary job and/or derive a stable income in the region where the Bank from which the loan has been requested is located, as well as individuals who derive incomes from their own business (private entrepreneurs-individuals or owners of small business entities).

Loan repayment and loan interest payment schedule and procedure:
- Monthly on the schedule and in the amounts specified in the loan agreement (payments are made on a monthly basis, with paid amounts progressively decreasing. The principal is paid in equal installments and interest charged on the remaining indebtedness balance);
- Annuity (monthly equal installments).
Repayment
is made by paying cash to the teller at any outlet of OJSB Ukrgasbank in Kyiv and the Kyiv oblast, or in a cashless form on the basis of a payment order of the Borrower through a deposit ATM. Fees for payment transactions are charged in accordance with the Bank rates which are presented for familiarization. If the loan is repaid through other banking institutions, a money transfer fee is charged in accordance with the rates set by other banks. EARLY LOAN REPAYMENT IS ALLOWED WITHOUT ANY LIMITATION OR PENALTIES!!!
Security
The purchased vehicle is put is pledge against the car loan. An individual or legal entity is required to grant a surety.
Mandatory insurance with the insurance company accredited with the Bank:
- of vehicles (full CASCO);
- of civil liability of vehicle owners in Ukraine; and
- of the Borrower’s life.

List of documents required for a loan
For an individual who is an employee:
- passport of Ukrainian citizen;
- taxpayer identification code certificate;
- income statement from the place of employment for the past six months (if necessary, for a family member, too) showing a monthly breakdown of the accrued and actually paid income for the past six months. If the credit expert is doubtful about the validity of the Borrower’s income statement, he/she may request a copy of the labor book with the seal of the HR department of the Borrower’s place of employment;
- marriage/divorce certificate;
- if other loans have been drawn, copies of the loan agreements, pledge agreements and a statement of indebtedness on such loans;
- documents certifying ownership tile to movable or immovable property (including co-ownership or shared ownership);
- Car specifications or another document certifying the car price.
For individuals deriving income from their own business (as private entrepreneurs or owners of small business entities):
- passport of Ukrainian citizen;
- taxpayer identification code certificate; and
- certificate of bank accounts and account statements for the past six months.
for private entrepreneurs:
- Certificate of state registration of private entrepreneur-individual;
- Certificate of registration with the tax administration (inspectorate);
- Financial statements (income statement Form 1, report of the small business entity-individual, a payer of single tax for the past six months);
- Statement of cash flows on the Borrower’s current accounts in national and foreign currency;
- Single tax payer certificate (patent); and
Cooperation agreements and certificates of completion; For owners of small business entities:
- Notarized copies of the constituent documents (the Charter (including all amendments and supplements thereto, and certificate of state registration) of the company, abstract from the state register of legal entities and private entrepreneurs-individuals, VAT payer certificate, and statement from the Ministry of Statistics certifying the inclusion in the Unified State Register Of Enterprises And Organizations of Ukraine;
- Minutes of the founder’s meeting with the decision about empowering a responsible person (the head) and loan drawing permission (if necessary).
- Financial statements (Form No 1-ì “Balance Sheet,” Form No 2-ì “Profit and Loss Statement,” and income declaration; other reporting forms, documents and materials may also be used, such as Form No 3 “Cash Flow Statement,” Form No 4 “Equity Capital Statement,” auditor’s opinions, and due diligence reports (if available));
- Statement of cash flows on the Borrower’s current accounts in national and foreign currencies; and
- Bank statements of credit indebtedness, and copies of other loan agreements, if any.
