UkrGasBank enlarges rang of services for individuals

Beginning from September 1, 2006 года OJSB UkrGasBank on commission securities trade terms launched investment certificates sale of “Interphone” Share Interval Diversified Investment Fund.
The sale is at nominal value. Within the process of fund functioning certificates’ price will vary depending on value of fund’s net assets, charged monthly.
At the same time UkrGasBank introduce new direction of its activity on retail services enlargement.
Information about the Fund
“Interphone” Share Interval Diversified Investment Fund. Nominal value of certificates is UAH 1000. Form of certificates issue – registered documentary. Common volume of certificates issue totals UAH 20 m. Funds were accumulated as a result of certificates sale will be invested under diversification conditions: to bank deposits no more than 30%, to state bonds no more than 25%, to corporate bonds no more than 20%, to shares no more than 25%. The Fund will buy out certificates at value of fund net assets 2 times per year. The first purchase will be launched from July 14, 2007.
