Results of the selection of an independent Green Bond Issue Advisor/ Lead Manager
On the 4 September 2018 JSB 'UKRGASBANK' Supervisory Board in line with the Criteria and Procedure for the Selection of an Independent Green Bond Issue Advisor/Lead Manager, approved by the Resolution of JSB 'UKRGASBANK' Supervisory Board dated August 09, 2018, based on the results of the competitive selection, held by Supervisory Board Committee on raising funding in the international capital market via green bonds issue, resolved to select Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc as the independent Green Bond Issue Advisor/ Lead Manager to the Bank.
