Official Statement on the Resignation of Andrii Kravets, UKRGASBANK Chairman of the Management Board

On 9 February 2023, Andrii Kravets, UKRGASBANK Chairman of the Management Board, submitted his voluntary resignation due to deteriorating health.

In this respect, on 10 February 2023, the Supervisory Board resolved as follows:

• To accept resignation of Andrii Kravets, UKRGASBANK Chairman of the Management Board.
• To appoint Rodion Morozov, UKRGASBANK Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, as the acting Chairman of the Management Board effective from 13 February 2023.

Rodion Morozov (born 7 December1978) has been working at UKRGASBANK since October 2009. From 2013 to 2016, he was an adviser to the Chairman of the Management Board of UKRGASBANK.

From 2016 to 2020, he worked as director of the green banking department of UKRGASBANK.

On 15 May 2020, he was appointed as a member of the Management Board, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of UKRGASBANK.
