2023 Trade finance results of UKRGASBANK

In 2023, UKRGASBANK concluded 758 new deals for its clients for UAH 15.9 billion, which is 227 deals more compared to 2022.

The Bank issued 97 letters of credit totalling UAH 9.6 billion and 661 guarantees for UAH 6.2 billion.

Additionally, UKRGASBANK received 48 new guarantees and letters of credit for UAH 2.4 billion issued by other banks in favor of our clients, both exporters and importers.

Primarily, the Bank supported energy, oil and agricultural industries, and the food, textile, and medical industries, among others.

For reference: In 2023, UKRGASBANK received two awards from Global Trade Review: ‘The Best Trade Finance Bank in Eastern Europe’ and ‘The Best Import Deal’.

The Bank also received two awards from the EBRD in the following nominations: ‘Most Active Issuing Bank in Ukraine’ under the EBRD Trade Facilitation Program (TFP) and ‘Deal of the Year - Green Trade’.
