• 1998 -  graduated from the University of Sarajevo with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, majoring in Finance and Accounting;
• 1998 - graduated from the Institute of Accounting and Auditing of FBiH as a Certified Accountant.
• 2002 - completed postgraduate education at the International Centre for Development of Leaders, Business School Bled, Slovenia.
• 2009 - graduated from the University of Sarajevo with a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting and Audit.
• 2017 - completed a PhD in Risk Management at the University of Buckingham, United Kingdom, Faculty of Economics.

Professional activity:

• March 2016 - November 2022, CEO at Addiko Bank dd Sarajevo.
• November 2022 - present, member of the Supervisory Board and Chairman of the Risk Management Committee at Addiko Bank dd Sarajevo.
• November 2022 - present, Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Deputy Chairman of the Audit Committee at Addiko Bank Beograd.
• April 2021- present, Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Addiko Bank dd Zagreb.
