Exchange/change of the national currency
Exchange of Coins (Banknotes) of the national currency for circulation commemorative coins of the national currency of special issue
Checking the authenticity of banknotes
Provision of certificates/duplicates of receipts (certified copies) regarding cash transactions, etc.

Services are provided under the following conditions:

Services are provided without opening an account
The commission is paid by the client in hryvnias when receiving the service
When carrying out operations in foreign currency, the commission is paid in hryvnias at the NBU exchange rate at the time the service is provided
The amount of the commission is calculated according to the rules of rounding in accordance with NBU Board Resolution No. 25 of the 15-th of March 2018 "On optimizing the circulation of small denominations coins"
Exchange of banknotes is carried out in the case of availability of banknotes of the required denomination at the cash desk of the bank branch
