JSB ‘Ukrgasbank’ is among top Ukrainian banks by payment cards issued according to the NBU data. The Bank achieved the 8th ranking position with 720ths cards issued, out of which 576ths are active cards as at 1 July, 2011.

On August 1, 2011 Ukrgasbank, a Paying Agent, has paid yield interest of series A and B registered municipal of Luhansk City Council for the 15th interest period in the amount of UAH 759 749, incl. series A and series B for the amounts of UAH 259 300 and UAH 500 449 accordingly, i.e. UAH 25.93 par value at: 39 Chervonoarmyiska, Kyiv, 01004.

On August 1, 2011 Ukrgasbank has paid yield interest of series C bonds for the 16th interest period in the amount of UAH 1 091 190.95, i.e. UAH 39.89 par value at: 01 Yerevanska Str., Kyiv, 03087.

A meeting of Ukrgasbank’s Board and the regional network executives has recently taken place with a view to discuss H1 2011 results and prospects for Q3 2011.

The bank has recorded a H1 2011 net profit of UAH 6.670 million, including a Q2 2011 net profit of UAH 3.482 million.

On July 19, 2011 Ukrgasbank, a Paying Agent, has paid yield interest of series A internal bonds of Boryspil City Council for the 12th period in the amount of UAH302 940, i.e. UAH 33.66 par value at: 39 Chervonoarmyiska, Kyiv, 01004.

JSB ‘Ukrgasbank’ and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, represented by the Minister of Finance, has executed the Payment Agency agreement to support securities turnaround and redemption stipulating that the Bank will be an authorized Payment Agent for three issues of interest-bearing bonds with total par value UAH400 million:

On July 7, 2011 Ukrgasbank has paid yield on registered interest-bearing series В bonds of Euro Leasing Ltd. for the 15th interest period in the amount of UAH 190 740, namely UAH 37.40 par value. JSB ‘Ukrgasbank’ has paid the interest yield as a Paying Agent. It has arranged the issue and primary offering series B bonds of Euro Leasing Ltd. The bond emission totals UAH100. The raised funds are aimed to finance day-to-day operations of the issuer. 100% of raised funds after bonds sale will be forwarded to fund/refinance the purchase of autos for the rent/lease purpose.

On July 1, 2011 JSB ‘Ukrgasbank’ Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting took place.

On June 30, 2011 Oleksiy Krykhtin has been appointed to be a member of the Board – Deputy Chairman of the Board by the Supervisory Board of JSB ‘Ukrgasbank’. Previously Mr. Krykhtin was a member of the Supervisory Board.
