The fifth German-Ukrainian forum held on October 24 in Berlin was attended by the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Denys Shmyhal, and the Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany, Olaf Scholz and became another efficient step in the implementation of the Recovery Plan for Ukraine.
