More than 100 clients of UKRGASBANK obtained loans with cashback under the EBRD Programme

UKRGASBANK continues actively supporting SMEs in implementing the projects under the EU4Business initiative, with the participation of the EU and the EBRD. The Programme supports the Ukrainian economy during the war and helps Ukrainian companies achieve international manufacturing standards.

Under the EBRD program, SMEs can receive loans of up to EUR 3 million (or the equivalent in Hryvnia) for investment projects in various economic sectors and obtain an investment incentive of up to 15% of the loan amount. To receive the investment incentive, it is sufficient to submit documents confirming the intended use of the loan and project implementation.

More than 100 clients of UKRGASBANK have already taken advantage of this opportunity. The Programme has become especially popular among the Ukrainian agrarians who are actively investing in new equipment. Having recognized the benefits of the Programme, some clients have already received multiple loans under it.

"The EBRD Program is an effective tool for supporting our small and medium-sized businesses. UKRGASBANK's clients can implement their investment projects under the state program ‘Affordable Loans 5-7-9%,’ and simultaneously receive a cashback of up to 15% of the loan amount. The clients may use cashback to fully compensate the interest on loans for several years, which is a very lucrative offer," noted Tetiana Korniienko, Director of the SME Business Department at UKRGASBANK.

Who can benefit from this Program: private small and medium-sized enterprises with a staff headcount (within the group of companies) of less than 250 persons and which have either an annual turnover not exceeding EUR 50 million (in equivalent) or an annual balance sheet not exceeding EUR 43 million (in equivalent).

Within the Programme, the Bank finances both simple projects, such as the purchase of agricultural machinery, trucks, electric vehicles, and production equipment, and complex projects involving the construction of production lines and facilities. Combining this Program with the state program ‘Affordable Loans 5-7-9%' makes financing even more advantageous for entrepreneurs.
